We offer a fair salary, which ranges between CHF 120’000 to CHF 135’000 per year (100% workload) depending on experience and skills. Applications from talents with differing competencies are also welcome; in such cases, your salary may lie slightly below or above the range.

What you can achieve.

• In this exciting role, you manage demanding construction projects – from the preliminary project to the handover.
• You control and monitor selected new construction or renovation projects as well as dismantling and renovation projects.
• You keep costs within the specified budget framework and ensure reliable compliance with deadlines and quality assurance.
• With meaningful reporting, you actively contribute to the optimization of processes and rely on sustainable solutions during realization.
• You commission, manage, and coordinate external planning teams as well as general and total contractors.
• As an interface between the internal and external project participants as well as the ownership, you ensure the flow of information.

What you bring with you.

• You can demonstrate experience in overall project management and client representation of complex construction projects and real estate projects.
• You have higher education in the construction industry (architecture, civil engineering) or a comparable background. Further training in project management is an advantage.
• You are a personality with strong implementation skills, pronounced methodological and planning competence, and can convince and inspire with your ideas.
• In order for you to reach our locations, we require your willingness to travel.
• You communicate very well orally and in writing in German. Good French and/or Italian skills will facilitate your exchange with the various contact persons from all over Switzerland.
