Your tasks

• Leadership, support and further development of the internal sales team
• Ensuring customer-oriented and efficient order processing
• Active collaboration in internal sales, support and consultation of customers
• Coordination and processing of offers, orders, complaints etc.
• Participation in achieving sales and company goals

Your strengths

• Completed commercial/business administration training or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in customer consulting as well as leadership experience in internal sales
• Sanitary technical knowledge
• Strong customer and service orientation, enjoyment of customer consulting
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Strong communication skills, high social competence, fluent German skills in spoken and written
