For the Zentrum Forensische Psychiatrie stationär (ZFPS), we are looking for you as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF/FH Klinik für Forensische Psychiatrie 60\-100% immediately or by arrangement. The Klinik für Forensische Psychiatrie (KFP) consists of the Gutachtenstelle, the Zentrum für Forensische Psychiatrie stationär (ZFPS) and the Zentrum für Forensische Psychiatrie ambulant (ZFPA). A large number of expert reports are created annually by the Gutachtenstelle for official clients. The ZFPS includes six wards with a total of 74 beds, where mentally ill offenders are treated as part of court-ordered therapeutic measures (Art. 59 StGB) and crisis interventions are carried out for patients from detention and remand prisons. The ZFPA operates a forensic outpatient clinic and offers a prison psychiatric consultation and liaison service. Profile - You have completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH and preferably bring professional experience in psychiatry - For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is mandatory - Your attitude towards people who have committed offenses is appreciative and risk-aware - You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team - You possess extraordinarily high social competences - You possess pronounced communicative skills - You are characterized by very high self-reflection and ability to accept criticism - You work in a three-shift system Tasks - You work on one of our wards with medium / low security in a group setting - You treat and care for patients from criminal enforcement for measures - Within the framework of key worker work, you support and promote the social abilities and skills of the patients in a milieu-therapeutic setting - You are part of the interdisciplinary treatment team and participate in treatment planning, daily structuring and the design of the living environment - You work both rehabilitatively and preventively to avoid future criminal offenses - You maintain contact with relatives and authorities - You are co-responsible for the training of apprentices as part of the training mandate Benefits Our employees are the heart of our company.
