Two entities, real autonomy and a key role in a growing group. We are looking for a Group Accountant to join the team.

Want to move beyond simple "bookkeeping"? Here, you take charge of a complete scope, from closings to payroll, with real autonomy and a concrete role in modernizing processes. To support its growth, a French-speaking group is looking today for its next Group Accountant at 60-80 %.

Your tasks at your new employer

• General accounting and closings for two entities
• Full management of payroll and personnel administration
• Reconciliations, monthly reporting and variance analysis
• Preparation of the annual closing and follow-up of audits
• Supervision of a small administrative team
• Monitoring of invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable and cash flow
• VAT management and administrative obligations
• Process improvement and participation in the migration to Odoo

You offer your new employer

• Training in finance/accounting or equivalent experience
• 5 years minimum experience in Swiss general accounting
• Solid experience in Swiss payroll and social security contributions
• Proficiency in an accounting ERP and Excel
• Good knowledge of Swiss VAT and legal obligations
• Experience in a service company and/or project environment
• First experience in team supervision
• Fluent French, English B2; German an asset
