HVAC maintenance technician (m/f/d) 100% - 2x8 shifts \- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance services on technical installations (ventilation monoblocs, boilers, heat pumps, sanitary facilities and other HVAC installations) in shift work (2x8) \- Maintenance, troubleshooting and adjustment of technical installations \- Management of subcontracted work \- Compliance with safety, hygiene and environmental rules in all work \- Intervene in a controlled environment, adjustment of temperature, humidity and overpressure \- Keeping operation files, intervention reports, operation reports up to date \- Participation in improvement projects \- Training in building maintenance (thermal or climate engineering) or equivalent training \- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position in an industrial environment \- Mastery of French, English is a plus \- Very good experience in the administrative and technical management of small sites \- Very good use of standard IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) \- Very highly developed sense of customer service \- Good resistance to stress and flexibility
