Start date: • 1st October 2026 or date to be agreed Workplace: • Tavannes The Psychological Service for children and adolescents of Bienne / jura bernois is looking for a School psychologist / Education Counselor ## from 1st October 2026. The position is currently limited to 28.02.2028, with an option for permanent employment. Your tasks • As part of your consultation at the Psychological Service for children and adolescents, you conduct psychological assessments of children and adolescents taking into account their educational, pedagogical, and social context. • You provide psychotherapy interviews and follow-ups for children, adolescents, and their families. • In your counseling activity, you support parents, professionals, authorities, or institutions performing functions in the field of education or training. • In this sense, you collaborate closely with the school, teachers, specialized teachers, and the medico-psychological and social network. • You write reports for school authorities, as well as expert reports for judicial authorities in the field of child protection. Your profile • You hold an academic or equivalent degree in psychology (Master's level) with experience in the field of child clinical psychology and, ideally, psychotherapeutic training. • You hold the diploma of Education Counselor/School Psychologist of the canton of Berne or an equivalent training in the field of education or school psychology. • You have an interest in school and specialized pedagogy environments. • You are interested in collaborating with the professional childhood network, can work independently, but cooperatively within a small team. • You are proficient in basic IT tools. • A good level of German would be desired (ideally B2).
