Job Description Set up job subscription   Intranet & Analytics Manager (w/m/d) # Marketing & Communication / Bern / Experienced / Permanent / 90% What awaits you ## You are part of the corporate communications team and work at the interface between digital platforms, analytics, and communication. Together with agile development teams and various organizational units, you will help shape our intranet as a central information and service platform.   What you will achieve with us ## You ensure that intranet pages and services are clearly structured, understandable, and intuitively usable. Through your consulting and project management, you support internal departments in implementing their content in a targeted and effective manner within the intranet and strengthen the quality of the digital appearances. In doing so, you use AI to create and structure content efficiently. Together with the team, you ensure stable and modern operation of the intranet through testing new functions and upgrades. You also use quantitative and qualitative user data in a targeted manner to identify optimization potential for further development.     Furthermore, you coordinate the reporting activities of the corporate communications department. In doing so, you create transparency regarding the impact of our activities and provide data-based decision-making foundations for corporate communications as well as other organizational units. What you bring with you ## • Experience in dealing with digital platforms, ideally in the intranet on a SharePoint basis or web environment • Understanding of corporate communications and enjoyment of the understandable preparation of content • Strong interest in usability, information architecture, and user-oriented design • Analytical skills for evaluating usage data and feedback as well as deriving recommendations for action • Experience in using reporting tools for various communication areas and openness to using AI in everyday work • Structured, independent, and team-oriented way of working with a high orientation towards quality • Fluent German skills, other language skills are an advantage Working with us ## A committed team awaits you in a dynamic, solution-oriented, and communicative organization.
