What awaits you with us:

Back office & sales support

• Administrative support for the sales management in day-to-day business
• Organization of appointments, viewings, and customer meetings
• Preparation and processing of sales documents and documentation
• Maintenance of customer contacts and activities in the CRM
• Coordination of documents, purchase contracts, notaries, and authorities
• Support in the processing of ongoing sales mandates

Marketing & sales

• Support of interested parties and customers
• Conducting viewings and advisory meetings
• Accompanying buyers from initial contact to the handover of keys
• Support in the marketing of new construction projects and existing real estate
• Participation in marketing concepts and sales activities

What you should bring with you:

• Several years of professional experience in the real estate industry
• Organizational talent and an independent way of working
• Joy in contacting people and in sales
• Confident, sympathetic, and professional appearance
• Very good German skills
• Good English skills, other languages an advantage
• Very good MS Office skills
• Driver's license Cat. B
