As a reference nurse, you ensure the role of situation manager. Your responsibilities
Ensure the responsibility of the reference role for clients with disorders related to mental health and/or psychogeriatrics
Evaluate and implement services based on the client's needs and their environment, and provide the services planned in the intervention plan, by conducting evaluation, orientation, counseling, and support interviews in administrative and financial procedures
Ensure medical-delegated care, hygiene, and comfort services, as well as support for our clients
Accompany auxiliary collaborators to guarantee the quality of services
Create and maintain lasting relationships with regional medico-social network partners (including volunteers and user groups)
Mobilize the multidisciplinary skills of the CMS care team, while sensitizing them to the problems posed by psychiatric or psycho-geriatric care and proposing prevention measures

Bachelor's degree in nursing HES or equivalent title (recognition of foreign title by the Swiss Red Cross), with specialization in mental health
Minimum 6 months of experience in psychiatric care
Good knowledge of the Swiss socio-sanitary field (first job in Switzerland)
