The BEAUSiTE is a lively design hotel where peak climbers find refuge from the hustle and bustle of Zermatt, without ever losing sight of the Matterhorn. Recently reopened, it offers plenty of stimulating HiGHLiGHTS with its refreshingly designed 70 rooms and suites, the Spa & Recharge zone with indoor and outdoor areas, and diverse regional cuisine.

Areas of responsibility include

• Active all-around care and advice for our guests during breakfast and evening service. From arrival in the restaurant to farewell. In doing so, you act as an adventure guide, taking guests on a culinary journey and ensuring a smooth flow
• In order to provide the best possible advice to guests, you have extensive knowledge of our regional products, producers, and menus
• Passing on your specialist knowledge to apprentices and interns
• Just like mountaineering, service requires some preparation. Therefore, you prepare the entire "Mise en place" (whether in the restaurant, at banquets, or events)
• Working with a POS system (Lightspeed)

Your profile

• You have completed restaurant specialist training, a degree from a hotel management school, or a comparable qualification
• Independent, self-reliant working style and enjoyment of personal guest contact
• In addition to German, you can demonstrate very good language skills in English and French and ideally bring knowledge of another foreign language – Italiano, per esempio?
• Experience with a POS system – we work with Lightspeed
• You are a team player and have an exemplary work attitude
• You remain focused and maintain an overview in stressful situations
• Flexibility, strong communication skills, and reliability round off your profile

Our offer

• Seasonal position until 18.04.2027
• 5-day week with 43.5 hours at 100%, a total of 5 weeks of vacation and 6 public holidays per year (pro rata for seasonal contracts, according to LGAV)
• 13th month salary (pro rata)
