Service Technician in the Field (m/f/d)

As a service technician, you will be on the road autonomously with a state-of-the-art service vehicle and ensure that machines and systems run smoothly. your tasks

• Carrying out service, maintenance, and repair work directly at the customer's site
• Independent error diagnosis and rectification of technical faults on state-of-the-art machines and systems
• Support of special equipment such as emergency power units, crushing plants, drilling equipment, or heavy construction machinery
• Independent organization of daily assignments and spare parts orders
• First point of contact and competent advisor for customers on site

Qualifications

your competencies

• Completed basic technical training (e.g., as a construction machinery, agricultural machinery, truck, or mechatronics mechanic)
• Strong solution orientation and joy in solving technical puzzles independently
• Valid driver's license category B (category BE an advantage)
• High reliability, independence, and customer-oriented appearance
• Willingness for regional or Switzerland-wide assignments depending on the specialist area
