Chairperson of the Executive Board

In this central leadership role, together with the other members of the Executive Board, you will bear the overall operational responsibility for the corporate group and play a decisive role in shaping its further development. As the link between the Board of Directors and the Executive Board, you ensure that strategic objectives are consistently transferred into operational corporate management.

Your Responsibility

You lead and coordinate the Executive Board and ensure the implementation of the strategies and resolutions defined by the Board of Directors together with your colleagues on the Executive Board. Together with the Board of Directors and the members of the Executive Board, you develop business strategies and plans and create the prerequisites for the sustainable and successful further development of the corporate group.

Your essential tasks include:

• Leadership and coordination of the Executive Board
• Implementation of the strategic guidelines and resolutions of the Board of Directors
• Further development of business strategies and corporate planning in coordination with the Board of Directors
• Monitoring of earnings and investment budgets, forecasts and relevant corporate key figures
• Responsibility for finance and accounting in close cooperation with the Head of Accounting
• Ensuring liquidity as well as accompanying the annual, semi-annual and consolidated financial statements
• Leadership, support and further development of the directly subordinate employees and managers
• Responsibility for central tasks in human resources and personnel recruitment
• Ensuring efficient administrative processes as well as functioning IT
• Representation of the companies towards external contact persons
• Ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements
• Leadership and accompaniment of additional strategic projects, especially in connection with the further expansion of the corporate group

Your Profile

For this versatile key position, we are addressing an experienced leader with a pronounced entrepreneurial understanding and a high affinity for business management contexts.

Ideally, you bring several years of experience in a comparable leadership role and are familiar with the requirements of overall operational responsibility in the automotive industry. Sound knowledge in the areas of finance and accounting as well as experience in personnel management and organizational development form a good basis for this task.

You convince through decisiveness, sense of responsibility and a structured, solution-oriented way of working. At the same time, you know how to win people over for common goals, develop managers and constructively bring together different interests at the Executive Board and Board of Directors level.
