In this exciting role, you will take charge of primarily Swiss and international customer portfolios, particularly in the watchmaking industry. You will thus operate at the interface between the customer and production: With our production, quality assurance, planning, and purchasing specialists, you translate customer needs into products suitable for manufacturing. Your tasks: Monitoring and developing existing customer relationships Market prospecting and acquisition of new customers Processing inquiries and preparing offers Development of the manufacturing process for components requested by customers Processing customer orders and subcontracting orders (external special operations) Management of items in our ERP Support for the quality department during customer complaints Participation in certain technical trade fairs Your profile: Autonomous and responsible personality, enthusiastic in communication with customers Several years of experience in sales within the subcontracting industry Basic technical training and affinity for the watchmaking industry Experience in the manufacturing and/or dimensional inspection of precision components, an asset French native language, proficiency in German and English at a negotiation level Good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office We offer you an in-depth introduction as well as modern working and engagement conditions.
