• Coordination and monitoring of ongoing orders and workflows
• Technical support and promotion of employees in everyday work
• Review of the completed work regarding quality, deadlines and professional implementation
• Ensuring smooth communication between the team and the responsible supervisors

Your profile

• Completed training as an Elektroinstallateur EFZ with several years of professional experience
• Motivated, independent and willing-to-learn personality with communication skills
• Initial leadership experience or interest in taking responsibility for a team
• Further training as an electrical team leader is an advantage
• Good user knowledge in MS Office
• Driver's license category B
