Personnel Officer Army and Civil Protection 50–60 % as of 1 October 2026 Your responsibility : Control management of army and civil protection personnel using various databases Recruitment of participants for training courses, orientation days and recruitments Processing of vacation and duty shift requests Providing information and advising personnel on duty and service obligations Your background : Completed vocational training in the commercial sector with several years of professional experience or equivalent education Good knowledge of the army and/or civil protection, preferably military or protection service completed Teamwork, flexibility and independent work Excellent knowledge of the German language in word and writing Good knowledge in handling MS-Office products For questions about the position Head of Personnel Army and Civil Protection Office for Military and Civil Protection (AMB) The Office for Military and Civil Protection (AMB) is an operational, training and administrative organization. The AMB is an agency with around 50 employees within the Security Directorate of the canton of Basel-Landschaft. The AMB is responsible for the deployments of the Civil Protection Task Force, training in civil protection as well as for troops and cadres in civil protection. Administrative tasks include, among other things, army tasks on behalf of the federal government or the operation of the Liestal barracks.
