• Higher education in the field of HR, economics, or a comparable qualification
• Sound knowledge of labor law as well as experience in working time management, ideally in the healthcare sector
• Experience in leading employees as well as in project management
• Very good knowledge of time management and HR systems, preferably knowledge of Polypoint PEP
• Analytical, solution-oriented, and communicative personality with a strong service orientation
