To complete our Accounting team, we are looking for a Real Estate Accountant and PPE confirmed at 100% Do you like being in direct contact with the company's management and clients by coordinating all activities that ensure the reliability of your services? Job description: • Complete accounting management of a portfolio of properties in PPE (mainly), isolated lots, and rental properties • Control of accounts and preparation of closings, in collaboration with managers and within deadlines • Preparation and sending of tax elements to co-owners • Establishment of balance sheets for properties managed in separate treasury • Establishment of heating/hot water and accessory fee statements for properties in the portfolio • Establishment of budgets and other accounting reports • Establishment of VAT statements • Payment of available funds to clients according to agreed schedules and depending on budgets and/or available liquidity • Management of liquidity accounts and reconciliation • Complete accounting processing in the event of takeovers or losses of mandates • Contact with tenants, co-owners, and owners, drafting of correspondence • Realization of various administrative or accounting tasks inherent to the activity of the service Your profile: • Benefiting from a CFC in commerce or equivalent training • Able to justify at least 5 years of activity in a real estate agency as a Real Estate Accountant • Good resistance to stress and priority management • Precise and meticulous • Customer service-oriented • Excellent mastery of computer tools, knowledge of Quorum is an asset • At ease with management and reporting tools • Mastery of the French language, good knowledge of English and notions of German, an asset • Motivated to join a united and competent team • Ready to take on a challenge with the idea of committing to the long term We offer you: • An activity within a large family business with strong local roots; • The possibility of integrating a property management company with excellent services; • A management that is close to its employees; • A dynamic team based on mutual aid; • A pleasant work environment; • Continuous training and seminars encouraged; • Flexible hours; • An attractive salary with a 13th month of salary; • Partnership with an on-site laundry service and massage therapist; • An improved pension plan; • Various weekly perks (fruits, flowers).
