Your responsibilities ### • You assume autonomous monitoring and telephone consulting of our clients regarding benefits. • You control and process outpatient benefit cases according to tariffs, contracts and insurance coverage. • You manage the administrative part of your client portfolio. • Your contacts are the insured, doctors, hospitals, therapists as well as employees of other CONCORDIA departments. Your profile ### • You have a basic medical training (medical assistant or pharmacy assistant, pharmacist) combined with continuous commercial training or professional experience in administration. • Or a basic commercial training with a health insurance company. • Your native language is French and you have good knowledge of German (an asset). • You are looking for a varied and demanding activity. • You work autonomously, precisely and quickly. • You are familiar with MS Office?
