YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

You will take on the osteopathic care of your patients independently and, at the same time, help us build a new specialist department. We do not want to dictate how this develops in every last detail -- your experience, your ideas, and your professional perspective should play a central role in this.

YOUR TASKS

• Independent osteopathic care and treatment of our patients
• Taking findings and developing individual treatment strategies
• Care of a versatile range of patients -- from people with everyday complaints to athletically active persons and athletes
• Close cooperation with our specialists, physiotherapists, chiropractors, as well as specialists from athletics and performance diagnostics
• Regular professional exchange within our interdisciplinary team
• Establishment and professional development of the osteopathy department
• Co-shaping of processes, offerings, and interfaces to the other specialist departments
• If interested, participation in interdisciplinary offerings, check-ups, as well as prevention and health formats

WHAT YOU BRING

• Master of Science FH in Osteopathy, intercantonal GDK diploma in Osteopathy, or an equivalent foreign degree recognized in Switzerland
• Professional practice license for the canton of St. Gallen or fulfillment of the requirements for its issuance
• Professional experience in the independent treatment of patients
• Enjoyment in thinking about osteopathy interdisciplinary and exchanging ideas with other specialties
• High quality standards and an independent, structured way of working
• Empathic and professional appearance
• Interest in sport, movement, and holistic health
• Initiative and enjoyment in helping to shape a new specialist department not only professionally but also organizationally

PULSE AND BALANCE is an interdisciplinary Medical & Performance Center in St. Gallen. On approximately 1,200 m², we combine orthopedics, physiotherapy, chiropractic, performance diagnostics, and athletics under one roof. What is still missing today: osteopathy. Our roots lie in elite sports -- however, our standard applies to everyone. We want to offer people, regardless of age, performance level, or complaint pattern, high-quality, holistic, and interdisciplinary care. For the establishment of our osteopathy department, we are therefore looking for a personality who does not only want to treat, but also wants to think along, help shape, and build something of their own.
