What awaits you

Strategic co-design: You analyze the requirements of the specialist departments, design tailor-made test series, and accompany the introduction of the solutions as a central contact person.

End-to-end responsibility: You realize forward-looking AI applications and autonomous agents - from the initial feasibility study to prototype construction and transfer to live operation.

Quality management: You establish automated validation and testing procedures to ensure the performance and stability of the AI models during updates or model changes.

DevOps & Data Engineering: You are responsible for the provision and operation of the software according to agile DevOps principles.

Tech evaluation: You examine and evaluate external third-party and software solutions for their technical feasibility and suitability for integration.

What you bring for this position

Academic foundation: A successfully completed Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline (FH/University) - ideally supplemented by several years of professional experience in a comparable environment.

Expertise in quality management of AI systems: You analyze the causes of malfunctions and systematically optimize response quality through clear metrics.

Holistic architecture understanding: You plan data flows as well as interfaces strategically from the beginning and work closely with the interface teams.

Communication-strong engineering: Direct exchange with people is just as important to you as modeling. Requirements analysis and rollout support are an integral part of development for you.

Sound tech-stack knowledge: You bring practical experience with cloud infrastructures (preferably Azure), container solutions, as well as CI/CD pipelines.

Strong language competence: Excellent German skills in speaking and writing as well as good English skills round off your profile.

Methodological competence: You possess sound knowledge in statistics as well as in classical machine learning methods.
