ERP & Process Coordinator

Do you like transforming field needs into concrete solutions? At the heart of our activities in Suisse romande, you act as the link between users and central teams, evolve our processes and our ERP, and contribute to digitalization projects and strategic initiatives.
ERP & Process Coordinator (all)
Your tasks
You are the reference person in Suisse romande for needs related to the ERP, tools, and systems
You exchange with operational teams and Key Users to understand their needs and translate them into concrete solutions
You analyze and prioritize requests according to their added value and their importance for operations
You contribute to the improvement and harmonization of processes between our companies
You coordinate needs with central teams and participate in the evolution of our ERP tools and systems
You support digitalization projects, from analysis and testing to deployment and support after the go-live
You train and support users in the adoption of new tools and processes
You occasionally contribute to cross-functional projects of the general management, notably in digitalization, strategy, and finance
Your profile
You have an initial training in a building technology profession and understand its operational realities.
You have experience with an ERP and are interested in both business processes and the tools that support them.
You know how to analyze a need, take a step back, and translate it into a pragmatic solution.
You enjoy being in contact with users and have a strong service orientation.
You communicate easily with very different interlocutors and like to create bridges between trades and specialists.
You are comfortable both in reflection and in operational support.
You are a native French speaker with very good knowledge of German, or vice versa.
