Your area of responsibility

• Planning, coordination and supervision of our print productions from order placement to the finished product.
• Ensuring timely, qualitatively flawless and economical production.
• Coordination of orders between customers, sales, pre-press, printing and finishing.
• Personal and telephone consultation as well as support for our existing and new customers.
• Calculation of print orders as well as creation and follow-up of offers.
• Technical advice to our customers regarding the choice of paper, printing processes, finishing and post-processing.
• Supervision of deadlines, costs and quality as well as independent processing of ongoing orders.
• Close cooperation with internal and external production partners.

Your requirement profile:

• Completed training in the graphic industry, for example as a printing technologist, polygraph or a comparable training.
• Professional experience in print production and a good understanding of the production processes of a printing company.
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact and strong service orientation.
• Organizational talent and the ability to maintain an overview even with several orders running simultaneously.
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented way of working.
• Strong communication skills as well as a competent and friendly appearance.
• Good knowledge of common Office programs; experience with industry software and calculation systems is an advantage.
• Flexibility, initiative, resilience and enjoyment in taking on responsibility.
