Building Technician (a)

As a building technician, you ensure that electrotechnical systems or HVACSE systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electrical) function perfectly at all times, for more comfort, safety, and efficiency. Building Technician (a) • Monitoring and execution of maintenance and repair work of the technical system (HVAC) in production, office, laboratory, and other buildings • Coordinating and executing all necessary work in cooperation with the responsible bodies • Updating various documentations • Conducting fault analyses as well as rectifying technical malfunctions in building technology Qualificatons • Completed vocational training in an HVAC or electrotechnical profession (e.g., building technology, heating/air conditioning technology, electrical engineering) • Experience in maintenance, upkeep, or building automation • Technical understanding of complex systems and building technology systems • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working • Readiness for on-call service • Driver's license Cat.
