Your tasks • Personnel and technical management of the nursing team for 23 guests • Co-responsibility in the recruitment of new employees • Planning and management of team meetings and participation in interdisciplinary reports • Responsible for the organization of station processes, implementation of work processes and duty planning with Polypoint PEP • Management and control, participation as team management in nursing reports, nursing specialist discussions and • Co-responsibility for the implementation of internal concepts • Active participation in the further development of nursing services in the company • Holistic care and nursing of guests in the sense of our nursing guideline and the nursing process • Taking on tasks as day-to-day responsibility and contact person for nursing • Taking on tasks as a theme carrier in a specialist subject and thus participating in the group-wide network for nursing quality Your profile • Completed training as a Dipl.
