Your tasks • Organization of the construction site with cost, deadline and quality monitoring • Collaboration and coordination of planners and contractors • Local management of the works with active management of construction work • Knowledge and enforcement of contractual agreements with partners as well as quality control of the work • Planning of deadlines and monitoring of construction processes • Handover of the construction site and commissioning • Support or assumption of project management, as needed • Elimination of defects and warranty work after 2 or 5 years according to SIA • Reporting to the responsible construction project manager Your profile • Federal construction site manager, HF construction technician or CFC architect draftsman with experience in construction site management • Understanding of plans and sense of cost • Mastery of SIA standards, laws and regulations • Good knowledge of computer applications • You are a communicative person, able to work in a team and solution-oriented What we offer As a young and prosperous company, we offer you an attractive working environment with a flat hierarchy and an autonomous and varied field of activity, in which you can use and develop your expertise.
