Operator CAY / Shopfloor Controller

Your area of responsibility #### • Active participation in production - independent assembly of cables and components (including cutting, stripping, soft soldering and connector assembly) • Carrying out tests, final inspections and QS acceptances according to specifications as well as correct SAP feedback • Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and process specifications in daily production operations • Assisting in operational planning, control and monitoring of production orders from material availability to delivery • Release, prioritization and coordination of production orders as well as ensuring production supply • Supporting the team management in daily shop floor control and working as a team spokesperson • First-level support for SAP and production-related systems as well as supporting employees with system-related questions • Analysis and coordination of process and system problems as well as forwarding to Key User • Identification and implementation of optimization potential as well as active participation in continuous improvement processes (Lean, KVP, 5S) • Participation in the further development of processes, systems and work processes Your profile #### • Technical basic training in a production environment (e.g. mechanics, electronics or similar) • Several years of experience in production or assembly, ideally in the field of cable production • Experience in shop floor environment or in a coordinating role • Good knowledge of assembly processes, reading drawings and preferably soft soldering • High degree of independence, reliability and precise and structured work • Pronounced communication skills as well as secure, clear and target-group-specific appearance • High social competence and enjoyment of working with various interfaces • Networked thinking and ability to act across departments • Affinity for digital processes as well as good IT and system understanding; SAP user knowledge is a must • Very good German language skills in word and writing, English language skills are an advantage • Flexibility as well as willingness to work extra hours and weekends Why HUBER+SUHNER? #### • Wide range of training and further education opportunities • Up to 6 weeks of vacation • Personal restaurant with varied menus at attractive prices • Contribution to fitness and bath subscriptions • Free parking, charging station for electric vehicles • Generous contribution to the Half-Fare travelcard • Over-obligatory pension fund and much more- We look forward to hearing from you! #### You will receive feedback from us as soon as possible.
