Your tasks

• You independently carry out administrative activities for children and adolescents under guardianship, in close cooperation with professional guardians.
• You work together with social insurance institutions and other institutions such as children's homes and social services (e.g., checking files, making inquiries).
• You process the daily correspondence in writing or by telephone (e.g., billing, applications, payment transactions).
• You create settlements for invoice verification on behalf of the KESB.

Your profile

• You have a commercial education and have further trained at the Higher Federal Examination level or with a federal professional diploma.
• You bring professional experience in the field of social insurance as well as in the administrative support of clients in a comparable environment.
• You are characterized by an optimistic attitude and organize your own work area in a structured and independent manner.
• You recognize connections quickly and approach different contact persons openly and confidently.

The position is assigned to the guideline function "Kaufmännischer Fachbearbeiterin 1, Lohnklassen 9-11".
