The position As part of the development of La Parenthèse Sport, we are looking for: A sports coach(es) at 50 % - Mastery of Pilates Reformer is indispensable and will constitute an important part of your mission.
Your missions
Lead and supervise Pilates Reformer classes in small groups
Give different group classes according to your skills and training
Welcome and accompany our clients with enthusiasm and professionalism
Explain, guide, correct and motivate each person in their practice
Adapt your support to the levels and objectives of each individual
Actively participate in the life and development of the sports space
Create a positive, personalized and human customer experience.
Your profile
You are trained and comfortable in teaching Pilates Reformer
You have training and/or diplomas in the field of sport, coaching or Pilates
You are smiling, dynamic, motivated and benevolent
You possess an excellent sense of contact
You love to transmit your energy and help others progress
You have a good commercial flair and a sense of customer service
You are flexible, autonomous and enjoy teamwork
