Your Task ##

• Administration, configuration, monitoring, and continuous further development of Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms
• Independent troubleshooting of complex malfunctions as well as development of sustainable solutions and suitable workarounds
• Administration and further development of users, roles, groups, and permissions in Microsoft 365, Azure, and Entra ID
• Configuration and maintenance of security, compliance, and access policies for cloud and hybrid environments
• Operation and further development of hybrid identity environments with Active Directory, Entra ID, AD Connect, and group policies
• Creation and optimization of automated workflows and administrative processes using PowerShell and Microsoft cloud technologies
• Responsibility for backup, restore, and recovery processes as well as ensuring the recoverability of business-critical data and services
• Technical documentation as well as collaboration on changes, migrations, platform optimizations, and the introduction of new Microsoft technologies

Your Profile ##

• Completed training as an Informatiker/in EFZ Plattformentwicklung or Systemtechnik or comparable ICT training; further training such as Dipl. Techniker/in HF Informatik, BSc Informatik, ICT System Engineer with federal diploma, as well as Microsoft certifications such as AZ-104, MS-102, SC-300, or AZ-305 are an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in Microsoft System Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or in the administration of complex Microsoft environments, ideally around six years or more
• Sound practical knowledge in Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure as well as experience in the productive operation of corresponding platforms
• Very good knowledge of hybrid Microsoft environments with Active Directory, Entra ID, AD Connect, group policies, and Identity Management
• Experience with permission management, Conditional Access, Security Policies, Backup & Recovery, as well as ideally Microsoft Defender
• Basic to good knowledge of PowerShell and interest in increasingly automating recurring administrative tasks
• Strong analytical and solution-oriented way of thinking as well as the ability to handle complex technical problems independently and in a structured manner
• Proficient German skills (C2), very good English skills (at least B2)
• Possession of a category B driver's license
