For our staff restaurant, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a: /Cook (50%) WITH WORK-AGOGIC LEADERSHIP TASKS Our dedicated team in the staff restaurant ensures the physical well-being of the Drahtzug staff daily. With us, you combine your culinary expertise with the agogic support of employees with an IV pension. Together with the Head of the Staff Restaurant, another specialist, and the employees, you shape a lively restaurant operation and provide lunch catering and snacks for around 80 people. Your tasks Accompanying in everyday life: You lead and accompany the team of employees with heart, enable development, and actively help shape the agogic processes Organizing the work: You ensure that lunch and break catering are always available punctually, reliably, and in good quality Promoting togetherness: You create a positive working environment, promote mutual support, and contribute to a hospitable, appreciative atmosphere Culinary shaping: With creativity and joy, you and your team shape a varied offering that brings enjoyment and pleasure to both the guests and the kitchen team Your profile Education & Experience: You have basic training as a /Cook and have practical experience in work-agogics Communicative competence: Contact with different people fills you with joy.
