Job description ## Your mission Within our Component Finishing sector, you are responsible for steering the activities of the Surface Decoration and Anglage Touret workshop. You guarantee the achievement of production objectives while supporting team development and process evolution. You actively contribute to operational performance, continuous improvement, and the deployment of new products and processes.   Your responsibilities • Steering the daily activities of the workshop and guaranteeing the achievement of production, quality, cost, and deadline objectives. • Managing the workshop teams by relying on professional referents and technical coordinators. • Supporting employees in their professional development by promoting skill development, autonomy, and collective performance. • Participating in the recruitment, integration, and talent management of your area. • Defining and implementing the actions necessary to achieve the workshop's objectives. • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and the optimization of production processes. • Ensuring close collaboration with the Methods, Quality, Scheduling, and Industrialization departments. • Steering the industrialization and deployment of new products, processes, and equipment.
