September 2026 Job description Specialist in childcare for children EFZ (FaBe) 80-100 % with perspective of group leadership To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and affectionate specialist in childcare for children EFZ (FaBe) (or equivalent education) with a workload of 80-100 %. Our Kita Kleine Matrosen in Hochdorf is a family-friendly, centrally located but still rural kindergarten in a spacious house with a large garden. In our constant and experienced team, we place great value on appreciative cooperation, individual support of the children and an atmosphere in which children, parents and employees feel comfortable. Your tasks Care and support of the children in everyday life Co-creation of a loving, safe and stimulating environment Planning and implementation of age-appropriate activities and projects Trustful cooperation with parents and colleagues Taking on responsibility in the group's everyday life Active co-creation of the pedagogical quality of our kindergarten What you bring Completed education as a specialist in childcare for children EFZ or a recognized equivalent education Joy and passion for working with children Independent, reliable and responsible way of working Teamwork, flexibility and commitment Appreciative interaction with children, parents and employees Interest in taking on responsibility and further developing professionally Your perspective We offer you the opportunity to further develop in our company.
