Leadership shows itself in everyday life, not in the title. As a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau or Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH, you will take over the team leadership in a modern nursing home in Zürich and bear the responsibility for ensuring that processes work, quality is correct, and your team has orientation. In a workload of 60 to 100 %, you steer daily nursing life, make decisions, and specifically develop employees. This position is available immediately or by arrangement.
