Service Technician with Mechatronics Background (Medical & Food Industry) 80-100% m/f/d

Introduction

An innovative company from the field of industrial marking solutions is looking for reinforcement for its service team. If you are enthusiastic about technology and enjoy working directly with customers, this could be just right for you. We are looking for a specialist with electrotechnical know-how and willingness to travel.

Tasks

• Maintenance and repair of marking and printing systems
• Three days per week field service in German-speaking Switzerland, two days office work
• Work with electromechanical components
• Technical support for customers and internal teams - by telephone and on-site
• Independent planning and documentation of assignments
• Completion of service orders directly at the customer site

Profile

• Completed training in the field of mechatronics, electrical engineering or comparable
• Good knowledge of mechanics and electronics
• Initial experience in field service or technical customer service is an advantage
• Enjoyment in dealing with customers and solution-oriented working
• Driver's license class B
