Qualifications and skills ## • Completed basic commercial or logistics training with additional training as a process specialist, process technician, purchasing specialist, or supply chain manager • At least two years of professional experience • Good command of MS Office, strong IT affinity, and ideally experience with SAP • Proficiency in German, spoken and written (minimum C1), and good knowledge of English (minimum B1) • Structured and solution-oriented working method with a clear objective and focus on results • Clear communication adapted to the recipient as well as methodical and autonomous planning and implementation • Availability for travel (max. 20%) and valid category B driver's license About the position ## In this position, you ensure the availability of materials throughout the SIGA supply chain. Your area of responsibility extends from suppliers to production to the central warehouse. You are responsible for the supply of raw materials, commercial goods, as well as auxiliaries and consumables, and guarantee a smooth flow of materials and information throughout the value chain. You monitor compliance with deadlines and deliveries, ensure material availability in accordance with needs and deadlines, and take appropriate measures in case of deviations. Additionally, you undertake project tasks and work closely with internal interfaces to coordinate interservice processes and implement sustainable improvements. In collaboration with your team, you continually develop the procurement and logistics processes. Through targeted optimization of stocks, delivery performance, and efficiency, you contribute significantly to the performance of the entire value chain.
