Your tasks

• As an "entrepreneur within the company," you bear holistic responsibility for the success of your products – from strategic orientation to implementation in the market.
• You develop differentiating Value Propositions and are responsible for product strategy and portfolio management based on sound market and competitive analyses.
• You orchestrate successful product launches and enable the global sales organization for an effective market presence.
• You manage product phase-outs proactively and ensure a structured transition throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• You further develop our service business and position the Document Center as a central, customer-oriented information platform.
• You network development, marketing, production, and logistics and enable the global sales organizations with effective marketing and sales tools as well as practical product training.

Your profile

• Degree in engineering (at least FH), ideally supplemented by further training in product management
• At least 5 years of experience as a product manager in an industrial environment as well as in leading cross-functional projects
• Strong customer orientation (Value Selling, Value Propositions, Voice of Customer)
• Enthusiasm for digital customer solutions and understanding of the provision of customer-oriented information and documentation platforms
• Knowledge in the development of service businesses in an industrial environment
• Experience in using AI-supported tools to optimize processes and customer solutions
• Experience in the establishment and continuous improvement of efficient product lifecycle processes (phase outs)
• Team player, proactive, and persuasive
• Independent, structured, and reliable
• Good German and English skills in spoken and written form, other languages an advantage
