Your tasks

• As a nursing specialist, you ensure high-quality care and support for our patients and accompany them on their path to recovery

-You document the nursing work and measures in our digital and intuitive systems

-You work closely with the nursing experts and are co-responsible for the quality of care at the location on the ward

-You work constructively and in a situation-appropriate manner with a dedicated and professional team

-You take on co-responsibility for the administrative, logistical and housekeeping matters of the ward

-With your active guidance, you support trainees in FaGe and AGS training

Your profile

-You have completed a diploma training in nursing at tertiary level (HF/FH/DN2/AKP) recognized in Switzerland

-Openness to change and collaboration, commitment and resilience characterize you

-You show your joy in the profession with a motivated aura and friendliness

-Even in hectic situations, you remain calm, deal well with people and are oriented towards contributing to team building

-You can handle common IT programs confidently
You have very good German skills in speaking and writing
