• Taking on responsibility: You support the team management as a deputy and, together with your team, ensure smooth production processes.
• Ensuring precision: You independently set up and operate CNC-controlled milling machines and machining centers.
• Guaranteeing quality: You visually and dimensionally inspect manufactured precision parts and ensure compliance with high quality standards.
• Monitoring manufacturing processes: You keep an eye on ongoing production processes and identify optimization potential early on.
• Optimizing CNC programs: You improve existing CNC programs and workflows regarding quality and efficiency.
• Documenting processes: You create tool lists and document manufacturing processes carefully and traceably.
• Driving innovation: You contribute your own suggestions for improvement and actively participate in the further development of CNC manufacturing.

What distinguishes you:

• Technical training: You have completed training as a polymechanic, CNC miller, machining mechanic, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in CNC manufacturing: You have several years of professional experience in CNC milling, ideally in medical technology or fine mechanics.
• CNC programming skills: You are familiar with CNC controls such as Heidenhain or Fanuc and can safely adapt and optimize existing programs.
• Precision and quality awareness: You bring a strong technical understanding and a high standard for the quality of your work.
• Independent way of working: You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and enjoy taking on responsibility.
• Communication skills: You have good German skills in speaking and writing.
