Responsibilities • Guarantee the cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort of travelers on board the trains. • Ensure complete cleaning of the train sets and maintenance of the equipment on board. • Collect and dispose of waste in compliance with current procedures. • Replenish consumables and perform the filling of water tanks. • Contribute to preserving the image of the rolling stock through the removal of graffiti. • Support maintenance teams in performing simple technical tasks. • Ensure the management of individual and group seat reservations. • Work at different operating sites: stations, sidings, and maintenance workshops. Profile • Experience in railway, industrial, or professional cleaning. • Category B driving license mandatory. • Good physical condition. • Proficiency in French (minimum B2 level). • Knowledge of German and/or Italian, an asset. • Sense of organization, rigor, and team spirit. • Sensitivity to hygiene, safety rules, and quality of service. • Ability to work night shifts. • Training in professional cleaning, first aid, and occupational safety (asset). • Flexibility for night work and weekends.
