New Product Planner (M/F)

Introduction ## For our Production division, we are looking for a New Product Planner (M/F) whose main mission will be to ensure the production planning of new products in order to guarantee their availability, while respecting quality and deadline objectives. You will coordinate the different actors of the Supply Chain and Production in order to anticipate needs, secure industrial launches, and contribute to the overall performance of flows. *Responsibilities* ## • Develop and manage production plans for new products • Analyze needs arising from demand and translate them into manufacturing plans • Identify risks related to capacities and propose arbitration scenarios • Ensure the monitoring of performance indicators: plan adherence, service level, load/capacity, etc. • Participate in planning reviews (S&OP, PDP, etc.) • Coordinate different internal actors: production, procurement, logistics, methods, quality, industrialization • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and planning tools. *Profile* ## • HES, EPF engineering degree or university education (Bachelor or Master) in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Production, or an equivalent field • First professional experience of 2 to 5 years in Supply Chain, ideally in an industrial environment • APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP) is an asset • Good knowledge of industrial planning and Supply Chain principles • Proficiency in ERP tools, ideally SAP, as well as Excel • Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on indicators • Good understanding of the challenges related to production capacities and supplies • Organization, rigor, and autonomy in managing priorities, including in an evolving environment • Excellent interpersonal skills, sense of collaboration, and ability to unite stakeholders • Proactive, ability to convince, sense of responsibility, and good resistance to stress.
