We are currently looking for one of our important clients in the construction sector for a: Building Foreman Your tasks Management of teams on construction sites in direct collaboration with the works manager Organization, planning, and monitoring of work progress Coordination of the different trades and subcontractors Management of material, supplies, and site needs Control of the quality of work execution in accordance with plans and project requirements Compliance with deadlines, scheduling, and current regulations Participation in site meetings and communication with the various stakeholders Preparation of daily reports and monitoring of personnel Ensuring compliance with safety rules and current standards Your profile Federal certificate of proficiency for building foreman or training deemed equivalent Confirmed experience of several years in managing building construction sites in Switzerland Solid technical knowledge in the field of structural engineering and/or building Excellent organizational and priority management skills Natural leadership and ability to supervise and motivate teams Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and rigor Good command of French, both spoken and written Driving license indispensable Your application If you are ready to take on the challenge and be part of a team that values its employees, send us your CV indicating the position for which you are applying.
