Then you are our new Specialist Work, Agriculture Sector in Brienzwiler (70 -100 %) from 1 September 2026 or by arrangement. ## We are the Stiftung Terra Vecchia, a nationally and cantonally known non-profit organization. For people with or without addiction disorders, we offer diverse services within the framework of work integration, residential promotion, and inpatient social therapy. In doing so, we pursue the goal of accompanying people socially and professionally into the center of society. Your new place of work is the inpatient social therapy Brienzwiler in the Berner Oberland, a group offering for people aged 18 and over with an addiction disorder or dual diagnosis. The offering is abstinence-oriented and, in addition to employment in realistic work areas with socio-therapeutic and experiential educational elements, aims to set development processes in motion. Your tasks ### • Responsibility for the small goat farm (approx. 16 goats) as well as the planning, organization, and execution of agricultural work, taking into account budget specifications and sustainable resource use • Promotion, instruction, and accompaniment of the clients as a reference person for work according to their individual resources and objectives as well as the process specifications of Terra Vecchia, including work evaluations, documentation, and participation in status and team meetings • Collaboration in everyday socio-therapeutic life with clients, including participation in camps as well as the assumption of evening, night, weekend, and holiday shifts according to the duty roster • Active participation in improvement management as well as in the further development of the agriculture work area in cooperation with employees and managers • Transparent and direct exchange of information with social therapy specialists • Implementation of safety regulations according to the safety concept of Terra Vecchia • Maintenance and upkeep of the infrastructure, inventory, and machines as well as execution of maintenance and repair work on buildings, facilities, and the surroundings.  Your profile ### • Completed training as a Landwirt:in EFZ or a comparable training with sound agricultural practical experience • Manual dexterity as well as competence in practical work in the area of building maintenance • Joy in dealing with people and interest in socio-therapeutic work • Basic pedagogical (agogic) knowledge or the willingness to acquire it • Ability to instruct, motivate, and accompany clients in their personal development in a resource- and goal-oriented manner • Independent, structured, and organized way of working with a high willingness for personal responsibility, competence in work planning, and completion of administrative tasks • Resilient, flexible, and team-oriented personality with the ability to act calmly and solution-oriented even in challenging situations • Driver's license category B/BE  Your profile is rounded off by ### • Interest in taking on responsibility for defined departments • Willingness to take on holiday cover in the areas of housekeeping/canteen and garden  Your perspectives ### • Good integration into an interdisciplinary and committed team • Exciting and versatile work with humans and animals • Possibility of co-designing the further development of the agriculture work area • High autonomy • Contemporary employment conditions • Participation in the diverse continuing education offering of the overall organization as well as support for external continuing education.
