Specialist in care, nursing or social pedagogy (temporary July)

For the months of September- November 2026, we are looking for a committed specialist to support a children's residential group in a family-like environment.
In the residential group, children aged 4 to 12 years live, who find a temporary home on a rural farm. Together with the team, you will ensure a structured everyday life, accompany the children in their development and create an environment in which they can feel safe and accepted.

Requirement profile ##

• Completed training as a social pedagogue HF/FH, certified nurse HF, specialist in care (FaBe) or specialist in healthcare (FaGe)
• Joy in working with children
• Experience in a socio-pedagogical, caregiving or psychiatric environment is an advantage
• An appreciative, empathetic and patient attitude
• Independent, reliable and responsible way of working
• Ability to work in a team, flexibility and resilience
• Driver's license category B

Tasks ##

• Accompanying and supporting the children in everyday life
• Helping to shape a stable and appreciative living environment
• Support with homework and school topics
• Accompanying to leisure activities, appointments and hobbies
