MPA EFZ Patient Disposition Hospital 80 - 100% Bern

In the patient disposition of a hospital in Bern, you coordinate appointments, manage the processes between the specialist departments, and are the first point of contact for patients via telephone and in writing. Immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for you as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ or Medical Practice Assistant EFZ with a workload of 80 - 100 %. You plan examination appointments, coordinate referrals, and ensure that the processes in the background interlock smoothly.

What awaits you in this challenging task

• Collaboration in outpatient clinics
• Organization of the entire patient process from initial contact through preliminary examinations and nursing assessment to surgical planning
• Patient disposition including coordination of bed occupancy
• Scheduling and preparation of anesthesia consultations
• Reporting and appointment scheduling in the outpatient sector
• Recording patient data in IT systems
• Professional communication with patients as well as internal and external specialist departments

What you bring with you

• Completed training as Medical Practice Assistant EFZ
• Organizational skills as well as goal-oriented, independent, and responsible action
• Physical and mental resilience
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
