About us:

IMMOVATIV Häfliger AG is a small, dynamic real estate company in the Thun region. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a real estate manager as of immediately or by arrangement

Your tasks:

• Independent management of a varied, own real estate portfolio (rent & condominiums)
• Full support of tenants and owners
• Complete tenancy management, conducting apartment inspections and handovers
• Organization and supervision of maintenance and renovation work

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training, ideally with further training in the real estate sector or comparable professional experience
• Strong service orientation, flexibility and enjoyment of customer contact
• Independent, structured and efficient way of working
• Good IT skills
• Driver's license Cat. B
