For our residences welcoming senior persons in situations of intellectual disability, we are looking for three:
Care and Support Assistant (ASA)
Your mission
Ensure healthcare tasks, personal care, and personalized support for residents, according to mandate and under delegation;
Actively participate in the smooth running of the residence and in the general care of the resident persons;
Ensure safety and guarantee a good quality of life for each resident;
Perform routine administrative tasks related to the function.
Your profile
AFP in care and support assistance (ASA) or title deemed equivalent with recognition from SEFRI;
Solid experience in supporting aging persons and/or persons in situations of disability;
Ability to work autonomously by prioritizing actions according to urgency;
Discretion, sense of responsibility, rigor, and adaptation.
Type of contract: indefinite term contract
Activity rate: between 60% and 70%
Start date: to be agreed
