To support the growth of our MEMS accelerometer production site, we are looking for a Maintenance Technician or Engineer to join our cleanroom production teams.

Wafer Fab Maintenance Technician / Engineer (M/F)

As part of a dedicated team and under the organizational supervision of your manager, you guarantee the maximum availability and reliability of high-tech production equipment (lithography, etching, deposition, implantation) as well as the distribution of various gases, DI water and ventilation/air conditioning. You intervene in strict compliance with safety standards, quality, and protocols specific to the cleanroom environment.

Your main missions will be as follows:

1. Organization and Team Life (in connection with the Manager)

• Execution of the roadmap: Perform maintenance interventions (preventive and corrective) according to the schedule and priorities defined by your team manager.
• Business continuity (Shift handover): Ensure a rigorous handover of instructions (oral and written) with the next team to guarantee the follow-up of ongoing breakdowns.
• Reporting and Communication: Alert the manager in case of major technical blockage or schedule drift. Daily update of the maintenance file for indicator monitoring.
• Mutual aid and Synergy: Actively collaborate with your colleagues on complex breakdowns and participate in the integration/training of new team members.

1. Corrective and Preventive Maintenance

• Diagnosis and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve complex breakdowns (electronic, mechanical, vacuum systems, robotics, HVAC/air conditioning, DI water).
• Planned maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance operations and calibrations according to established procedures.
• Manufacturer (OEM) follow-up: Work at the interface with equipment manufacturers' technical support if necessary.

1. Continuous Improvement

• Breakdown analysis: Participate in root cause analyses conducted by the team to eliminate repetitive breakdowns.
• Procedures: Contribute to the updating of technical operating modes.
• Project management: Lead the introduction of new equipment or the deployment of major upgrades validated by management.

Your profile

Education and Experience

• In Microelectronics, Robotics, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Engineering, Automatic Systems Design or equivalent, HVAC, ideally with a first experience in a semiconductor environment.

Technical skills

• Solid multidisciplinary skills: automation, electronics, precision mechanics, vacuum physics, HVAC.
• Ability to work under strict protocol (cleanroom).
• Mastery of a CMMS tool and comfort with production data.
• Operational technical English (reading documentation, exchanges with equipment manufacturers).
