• IT - ERP & Applications • IT - IT Infrastructure & Operations • IT - IT Management • Bern • Contracting • Part-time, 60% • Immediate start or by agreement - 31.12.2026 (option for extension) • Zabbix, Monitoring, ITSM, Network, Network , Alerting, Templates, Trigger Your tasks: • Development of a holistic monitoring and alerting concept for the IT infrastructure (network, firewall, server, storage) • Concept and implementation of: • Event Management • Availability Management • Capacity Management • Implementation and configuration of the monitoring solution based on Zabbix • Evaluation within the framework of concept development, whether additional tools or extensions are necessary • Definition of threshold values, escalation processes and alerting logics • Setup of a first-level support monitoring for 7x24 operation • Documentation of architecture, processes and operating models • Handover to operations including know-how transfer to the operations team Your profile: • Several years of experience in setting up and operating monitoring and alerting solutions in the data center environment • In-depth knowledge of Zabbix (design, dashboards, templates, triggers, alerting) • Experience in monitoring network, firewall, server and storage systems • Good knowledge of ITSM processes, in particular event, availability and capacity management • Experience in setting up 7x24 operation and escalation models • Analytical and conceptual strength combined with a pronounced hands-on mentality • Very good German language skills in word and writing; English language skills are an advantage
