Your tasks Your new area of responsibility includes the support of our customers in the inpatient sector (DRG, TARPSY, etc.). You check inpatient invoices for their legality and answer requests for cost coverage. For the clarifications necessary for this, you are regularly in telephone and written contact with our insured persons as well as doctors, hospitals, and other service providers. You enjoy handling correspondence and thereby use your stylistically confident German language skills. You enjoy working in a team and nevertheless value your independence. After the induction period, the possibility arises to work in home office up to two days per week.
