The Interprofessional Simulation Centre (C4) is the center for simulation-based teaching of health professions in the canton of Vaud. Born from a collaboration between HESAV, the Université de Lausanne (UNIL), the Institut et Haute École de la Santé La Source and the CHUV, it constitutes an unprecedented inter-institutional initiative in French-speaking Switzerland. Simulation Logistician

MAIN MISSIONS

Reporting to the C4 Logistics unit, you actively participate in and support teachers in their simulation activities.

Thus, you manage the operational aspects of simulation activities by ensuring the supply of pedagogical material and overseeing its setup. You notably install equipment in the rooms, prepare the premises to ensure the smooth running of simulation courses, and perform the necessary technical checks. You also regularly check all medium and high-fidelity mannequins and ensure their repair.

You collaborate on the administrative management of C4 material and mainly manage the stock of pedagogical material. To this end, you document the equipment register, catalogue the simulation material, and collaborate on the preparation of orders. You ensure that the material is well organized and in its place in the stock, and that it is in good condition and functional.

DESIRED PROFILE

Holding a CFC as a Logistician, you justify proven experience of 3 years in the field of health or education. Complementary training in a technical field (electronics, medical, -) constitutes an asset.

You hold a driving license B and master the Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of English allows you to consult instruction manuals.

You demonstrate a real customer orientation and show a strong team spirit which allows you to collaborate harmoniously with your colleagues. Organized and versatile, you know how to adjust effectively to new situations. Finally, your ability to solve technical problems constitutes a real asset.
